1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with India's most trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Delhivery — Standard and express delivery across India
• BlueDart — Premium express delivery to metro and tier-1 cities
• Ekart (Flipkart Logistics) — Wide pin code coverage for remote areas
• Shadowfax — Same-day and hyperlocal delivery in select cities

The shipping partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and the shipping method chosen. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above. Orders below ₹499 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹49. Free shipping applies to addresses within India only.

4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Every order is shipped with 100% discreet packaging:

• Plain, unmarked boxes — No Koktail branding, logos, or product descriptions are visible on the outside.
• Anonymous billing — The sender name on the package and any receipts will display a generic company name, not "Koktail."
• Tamper-proof seal — All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape to ensure they have not been opened during transit.
• No product information — The contents of the package are described generically on any shipping labels (e.g., "Personal Care Products").

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

6. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India to over 25,000+ pin codes. During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable. If your area is not currently covered, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to find an alternative solution.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will reach out to you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping costs.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page by entering your order number. For any delivery issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or unusually high order volumes during sales events. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team, and we will investigate and provide an update.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery to international destinations. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.
