Return & Refund Policy

At Koktail, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, process, and timelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must have the original order confirmation or invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
- Intimate hygiene products (for health and safety reasons).
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@koktail.in or reach out through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. For select locations, we offer free return pickup.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
- Refund or Replacement: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be shipped.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refund timelines begin after the return is approved. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / Wrong Product: We will cover the full return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return logistics.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@koktail.in with your order number. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
